Dyson DC28 Animal Best Buy

Specifically designed for homes with pets, Dyson's DC28 Animal vacuum cleaner features Root Cyclone technology to ensure thorough, efficient cleaning with no clogging or loss of suction. Additionally, it includes Airmuscle technology, which uses three Dyson-engineered components--a pneumatic actuator, a powered cam and a high-torque clutch--each precisely adjusting to clean every floor type thoroughly. รักอย่างไร??...ไม่เป็นทุกข์

ความรัก ควรจะเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ตัวเองและคนที่เรารักมีความสุขด้วย ส่วนใหญ่ที่คนเรามีปัญหา อาจเพราะเรารักเขา แต่เขาไม่รักเรา จึงไปทำให้เขาหรือตัวเราเป็นทุกข์ ซึ่งทางจิตวิทยามองว่า ความรักที่ดีต่อสุขภาพ หรือถูกสุขภาพจิตนั้น ควรเริ่มจากการรู้จักรักตัวเองเสียก่อน
“หลายคนมักจะมองว่า การรักตัวเอง คือ การเห็นแก่ตัว หลงตัวเอง ไม่สนใจคนอื่น แท้จริงแล้วหากรู้จักรักตัวเองอย่างพอเพียง จะเห็นถึงคุณค่าของตัวเอง ความรู้สึกโหยหาความรักจากผู้อื่นก็จะมีอิทธิพลน้อยลง”

9 วิธี : รักอย่างไร ไม่เป็นทุกข์

1.ควรมีความสุขได้ด้วยตัวเอง คนอื่นเป็นเพียงโบนัสที่เพิ่มเข้ามา
2.ควรปรารถนาให้ผู้อื่นเกิดสุขด้วย ไม่ใช่คิดถึงแต่ความสุขของเรา เช่น เมื่อคนที่เรารักไม่รักเรา แต่เขามีความสุขของเขา แม้เราจะเศร้าก็ยังคิดได้ว่า อย่างน้อยก็ได้เห็นคนที่เรารักมีความสุข
3.ลดความคาดหวัง แม้เราจะเป็นปุถุชนซึ่งคงตัดความคาดหวังไม่ได้ แต่ถ้าเรายิ่ง คาดหวังจากอีกฝ่ายน้อย โอกาสที่เราจะสมหวังก็ยิ่งมากขึ้น
4.ยอมรับความแตกต่าง ทั้งด้านสรีระและความคิดของผู้อื่น ความคิดไม่ตรงกันนั้น ถือเป็นเรื่องธรรมชาติ หากฝ่ายหนึ่งไม่พยายามทำให้อีกฝ่ายคิดเหมือนกัน และพยายามเข้าใจว่าเหตุใดจึงคิดต่างกัน ปัญหาก็จะไม่เกิด หากเข้าใจและยอมรับได้แล้ว เมื่อเห็นเขาทำตัวไม่ถูกใจ ไม่น่ารัก ขี้บ่น ใจร้อน เราก็จะปรับตัวให้เข้ากับเขาและมอบความรักให้ได้ง่ายขึ้น
5.รู้จักยอมรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ ความรักจึงจะยืนยาว เพราะความเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นธรรมดาของโลก เพลงโปรด ฟังซ้ำ อาหารจานประจำ กินบ่อยก็เบื่อ ความรักที่เคยจี๋จ๋าหวานแหวว อาจจืดจางลง แต่ยังคงความผูกพันและสัมพันธ์อันดี หรือแม้จะเลิกราร้างห่าง บางคู่ก็ยังเป็นเพื่อนรู้ใจต่อกันได้
6.ไม่ควรทำแต่สิ่งที่ตัวเองชอบ หรือสิ่งที่ตนคิดว่าดีให้คนอื่นเพียงอย่างเดียว จะต้องมองถึงความต้องการของเขาด้วย จะได้ไม่ต้องมาน้อยใจว่าเราอุตส่าห์หวังดี ยอมเหน็ดเหนื่อยทำเพื่อเขา แต่เขากลับไม่เห็นคุณค่า
7.ความเกรงใจ เป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญ ควรเอาใจเขามาใส่ใจเรา เพราะคนใกล้ชิดสนิทกัน มักคิดว่าจะสามารถทำอะไรตามใจตัวได้แทบทุกเรื่อง จนลืมนึกถึงความรู้สึกของอีกคนไป
8.พูดจาชื่นชมในสิ่งดีของกันและกัน เป็นอีกหนึ่งวิธีมอบความรักที่ควรทำ บางคนละเลยว่าอยู่ด้วยกันมานาน เรื่องดีเขาคงรู้อยู่แล้วไม่ต้องชม จึงเอาแต่พูดถึงสิ่งไม่ดีหรืออยากให้อีกฝ่ายเปลี่ยนแปลง เอาแต่บ่นโดยไม่เคยชม คนฟังก็ท้อใจเหมือนกัน
9.การแสดงออกของความรัก ถ้ารักแล้วไม่แสดงออกเลยอีกฝ่ายคงไม่รู้ เพราะเขาไม่มีตาทิพย์แต่การแสดงความรู้สึกแค่ไหน อย่างไร คงต้องดูว่าเป็นสิ่งที่อีกฝ่ายต้องการด้วย ส่วนความต้องการของเราก็ควรบอกตรงๆ ไม่ใช่คาดหวังให้คู่ของเราเป็นหมอดู คอยเดาใจ
